I am going strong. I honestly know that this WOE is for me and rhee is no turning back! I am learning more and more about it as I go. I am getting better with making sure the carbs I eat are spaced out and also that I am not overeating proteins. I have had lots of fasting readings in the 80's and 90s. Post meals are relative.

People are really starting to notice and ask questions because I am down about 32 lbs. I Iost about 5 before this. I have directed a few folks here. It feels good to give others hope. For a long time I had no hope. Thanking my lucky stars I found this group. It has allowed me to get my numbers exactly where I want and so desperately need them to be. That would have been impossible the way I was going. I knew what I was doing was wrong but I couldn't imagine my life with all those foods that I once binged on nightly. I no longer crave those foods. In fact the thought and sometimes depending on what it is repulses me.

I am so excited to see what is to come following this WOE. I want to help as many people as I can to learn about it. But unlike my friend who became vegan and drove everyone nuts I will only people that want my help.

To anyone who is on the fence about.tryong this WOE. Try it! You won't be disappointed and if you are.... you're not doing it correctly. This is a very simple WOE. SO glad I found it!

We teach a very specific way of eating in this group which is high fat moderate protein and has maximum 20 grams of carbohydrates per day. You ca read about this in the pinned post, in the tool chest. Your protein needs are determined based on your hight (see chart). If you eat too much protein this is converted to glucose and thus raises your blood sugar levels. This also happens if you eat all the protein concentrated in one meal, so we recommend spreading what you eat in a day over several meals. Being 'not diabetic yet' is the one best place to start this way of eating, to avoid the damage that high blood glucose and high insulin can do to your body
